Hi, I managed to get onto our account by the password reset method, but as we unfortunately can’t make the members’ weekend, I was hoping to book tickets for next Friday, but when I log in can’t find an option to do so as a member. Please help! Thank you 😊

ONLINE BOOKINGS NOW OPEN!
We’re pleased to say our booking system is ready for you to book your next visit to us!

11th & 12th July - Passholders, as a heartfelt thank you for your continued support, you are invited to the Members only weekend. You will have been sent an email with details of how to set up an online portal to book your tickets for the weekend and any dates going forward. You’ll also be able to buy tickets for members of your household/support bubble not included in your membership.

13th July onwards – Everyone is now able to book online for dates going forward. Please follow this link: bookings.greendragonecofarm.co.uk/

Phase One of our reopening will look a little different from before. Please be aware of a few important changes & rules…

• You MUST pre-book online in advance. Numbers are restricted therefore we’ll be unable to welcome walk-in visitors without a booking
• Please note we’re unable to refund or reschedule bookings
• Please park your vehicle respectfully and be mindful of others when exiting your car
• Entry to the Farm will be via the side gate, please follow the directional signage in place
• Please be aware the soft play facility and Messy Play Barn are closed
• The Play Barn is open for drinks and cakes, which can be consumed inside at the socially distanced seating
• Hot food will be served by Bandit Street Food, an outlet outside the Play Barn area
• No food and drink is to be consumed in the play park or animal areas, only in the designated areas
• Our Daily Animal Encounters are not running, however goat and sheep food is purchasable with your booking
• Maintain social distancing from others, especially whilst queuing
• Follow the one-way systems put in place, they are there for everyone’s safety
• Staff will be wearing face coverings/ visors during certain parts of duties, you are welcome to use your own, particularly if you enter the inside areas
• Use the hand sanitiser stations
• Wash hands frequently
• Please respect and listen to staff. They reserve the right to challenge you if you fail to follow our safety rules.
• If you are feeling unwell & displays symptoms of ill-health, please remain at home
• Have fun!

Our membership expired in lockdown and we haven’t received an email. Are we still passholders?

Sorry to say it’s still not working... I can only book for under twos and my boys are members.

Ok, let's try this again! Thank you for your patience with our intitial teething problems. All should be working again now! We had thoroughly tested, but sometimes technology doesn't go our way! We've never had a booking system like this before, so please bear with us. If you are a member, that appears to be where the difficulties have been, but that should now be rectified. If you still have problems, we have been advised you should select the option for 'forgotten password' and follow the instructions to reset your account. Let us know politely via email if you still encounter issues. We can assure you we have had successful bookings this evening, and we are not sold out! If you wish to use a JackFM voucher from 13th July, a ticket option for this will be re-added very soon, we will let you know when it is live. Thank you for your patience 💚

No email and no correspondence regarding whether annual passes have been extended I’m afraid

I haven't recieved an email seems very unfair that some have and some haven't I have tried multiple devices, and also setting up an account My husband has an account and we can't even do it on that either

Top tip from me - if you have received an email, check the email address it was sent to. Mine is normally firstname dot lastname, but it was sent to firstnamelastname. The email still arrived, but the system only accepted me putting it in exactly as Green Dragon had sent it to me. Once I used their permutation of the email address, I had no further problems.

My email went to spam folder so worth checking that if you haven't already x

I have an email and logged in but it’s saying members only and won’t let me select tickets. We have 4 memberships but nothing seems to work.

The ticket I would like to book is saying members only please log in. I don’t have a log in so I’ve created one, twice, each time i select done but then nothing happens and it just returns me to the page to fill out my details again. No email received, nor when I go to log in my username or password is not found. Hopefully your technical team can fix it and I’ll check again tomorrow morning x

Why are we having to pay for children members? I thought the idea of a membership was so we didn't pay each visit?
